Job Description

Azure Infrastructure Expert will play a strategic role in maintaining Azure cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, databases, security groups and management networks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing and Infrastructure as code (IaC), as well as experience in provisioning various infrastructure components in Azure cloud. Azure DevOps and pipeline experience is a must. Should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge. Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shift / on call as per roster.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field

Additional information Responsibilities:

Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.

Provide infrastructure provisioning using ARM, Ansible and Terraform Templates.

Apply OS /Security patches to various environments periodically.

Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.

Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.

Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.

Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.

Create/Support environment change requests in line with CAB guidelines.

Configure Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS services with autoscaling features on

Manage the Azure repository for various projects and products.

Troubleshooting the cloud services performance

Integrating monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK Stack with ITSM tools like Service Now, Jira, etc.

Manage the incident and problem record resolution.

Liaising with 3rd parties as required.

Implement service improvements time to time to reduce the cost & effort.

Manage and guide the support team on incident resolution.

Requirement

:

Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
