Very strong understanding of BGP and layer 3 networking - Using ITIL best practices that can be incorporated into the operational running of the IT system to include Change/incident/problem/capacity planning. Process improvements and makes recommendations for continuous quality improvements. Deliver Changes to the Network platform by leveraging the change control process communicating and seeking approvals from business owners. Working closely with internal development, database, and implementation teams to deliver a new solution. Managing the 24*7 Production support. Troubleshooting Network problems Giving technical support and configuring according to the requirement of the Development Team. Solving login Problems, handling troubleshooting, installation, and many more.
