You will work closely with the business and technical stakeholders across Customer, Provider, Buyer and Intermediary Data Domains to ensure alignment and delivery of value. You will also collaborate with the Agile and SAFe teams to plan and execute the Program Increments (PIs) and sprints. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the data governance platform and policies Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it aligns with the strategic goals and objectives of the Enterprise Data Strategy team and GD&A Collaborate with the business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate the user stories and acceptance criteria Review and approve the deliverables and outcomes of the data governance platform and policies Provide feedback and guidance to the Agile and SAFe teams on the development and implementation of the data governance platform and policies Evaluate and measure the performance and value of the data governance platform and policies using data-driven metrics and KPIs Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues that may impact the delivery of the data governance platform and policies Promote and advocate for the adoption and utilization of the data governance platform and policies across the organization Qualifications5+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in data governance, data management, or data quality domains (Healthcare Payer a plus) Knowledge of data governance principles, best practices, and standards Experience working with Agile and SAFe methodologies and frameworks Ability to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders and articulate the whys and benefits of the data governance platform and policies Experience working with Collibra or similar data governance tools and platforms Knowledge of data catalog, agile governance, data quality, and data security concepts and solutions Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Inquisitive minded and driven to understand and question the business value to better understand and support partners Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Keywords: information technology green card http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=879481&uid= |
