Assess client requirements and design migration strategies to transfer data and processes onto the Veeva platform. 2. Execute data migrations, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, while adhering to industry best practices. 3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity during migrations. Project Management: 1. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. 3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates. 2. Understand client needs, expectations, and goals, and tailor migration solutions accordingly. 3. Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment with project objectives. Documentation and Reporting: 1. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. 2. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. 3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the project. Team Leadership 1. Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and direction to team members. 2. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
