Utilize acquired knowledge to coordinate changes to the UBOS and other client technologies, ensuring alignment with standards and policies. Act as a subject matter expert, representing the client in meetings and reporting concerns to client leadership. Develop and maintain documentation using client-established standards and procedures. Review and advise on project deliverables in Azure DevOps, perform hands-on work in SAP CM, and contribute to cutover planning. Desired Skillset: 10+ years of SAP Convergent Mediation implementation experience. 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations with expertise in Convergent Mediation, Invoicing, and contract accounting. Experience implementing high-volume tolling back-office systems using SAP BRIM and CM, integrating with CRM and payment gateways. Strong understanding of SAP Convergent Mediation integration with external systems and familiarity with SAP's roadmap. Skills in database design, scripting, data migration, and error handling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Agile, ITIL/ITSM practices, and methodologies. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with business departments. Minimum 7 years of SAP Convergent Mediation implementation experience. Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
