This is a Contract position in Redmond, WA (On-site) If you're interested in applying for this position please send me your updated resume Job Title : A/V Support Engineer Duration:Contract Location: Redmond, WA (On-site) Job Description Provides on-site technical support for AV infrastructure and end-users at clients executive location in Redmond, WA. The Support Engineer is accountable for providing premiere technical support to executive level customers, clients, and vendors. This includes all aspects of technical support including implementation of audio/visual at the facility and responding to customer requests via email, walk-up, and phone calls. Provide premiere technical support for all briefings, demonstrations, special events and internal meetings. Assist in creating, updating, and adhering to procedural documents concerning logging, troubleshooting, and repairing technical issues and problems. Monitoring and responding to email inquiries and support requests. Provide technical support for audio/visual equipment including but not limited to Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Black Magic, AV distribution and CMS systems. Daily maintenance and testing of audio/visual systems, demonstration systems, back-end infrastructure, and hallway interactive displays. Record all issues, customer requests, project work and support calls into the ticketing tool. Maintain the facility technology according to top client standards. Able to conduct self and resolve issues in a highly professional manner with appropriate decision-making skills based on the situation. Work cross functionally with other teams in areas of large events, IT support, AV support, data center support and other areas assigned by management.
