Conduct research into clients use of EBS Service contracts, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for conversion solutions Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements, Review solutions and recommending improvements, Collaboratively work with customer in OSMC cloud,R12 Service contracts,Oracle CPQ,RMCS Complete SDLC cycle from requirements to design, build, testing & deployment Support multiple testing cycles SIT, UAT Change Management process - document and handhold CAB approvals, etc. Send Status reports & Participate in review meetings with Business/IT on a regular basis Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications, Ensure documentation of the steps for testing, Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of conversion, Collaborative project and workstream planning.
