Expecting the consultant to look at rules and ECT config and explain behaviour and provide alternative options when required Implementation Scope: 1.1.2 Time Tracking and Time Off EC Time Off Two (2) Workflows support the following processes: o Manage Short Term Absences (Unplanned) o Manage Short Term Absences (Planned) Up to Thirty (30) Holiday Calendars Up to Fifty (50) Work Schedules Up to thirty (30) Time Type Profiles Up to Sixty (60) Time Types (Examples include Vacation, Sick, Jury, Unpaid, etc.) Up to Two (2) Time Account Types Up to Ten (10) Accrual Rules Two (2) Period End Processing Rules Time Tracking Record Working Time Processing of Time Sheets Viewing Time Sheet Status Changes to Time Sheet including retroactive changes Processing Time Sheet Changes Time Evaluation Rules o Overtime Processing based on State\\Providence Legal Requirements for Non-Union Employees o Positive Time Recording for Non-Exempt Employees o Support for Premium Time Calculation for up to eighteen (18) Collective Bargaining Agreements.
