Ensure changes are approved and documented as per project change control, and shall execute all tasks based on the project plan / validation plan Report risks having potential impact to project success immediately Understand project scope, timelines, & impacts Lead requirements gathering, documentation and presentation to Supply Chain teams and Cross flows Create both high level and detailed project plans for SC internal consumption Create process documentation, including process flows (i.e., for warehousing, SLC operations, order fulfillment, etc. Maintain Action Items, Risk and Issues tracker. Proactively work on each item to have timely closure or resolution Work closely with SC IT to provide requirements & process walk-thru, timely answer any queries and monitor IT progress on Tech documentation, development, and testing readiness Liaison with Regional Supply Chain, Partner Management, and other internal supply chain teams to ensure project deliverables & deadlines are met Assist in designing Test Plan and Test Scenarios for UAT, & Partner Testing Monitor testing progress, identify issues & risks during testing Create Post Release Support structure and Normalization Metrics Lead meetings with internal project or program teams & cross flows Lead Change Management activities such as documenting Post deployment lessons learned and plan for improvements Program Management Activities Program Manage the Logistics Partners Analytics Work for identifying and driving Operational Efficiencies for additional Partners and Transactions. Analyze and Review (B2B) Performance metrics with Logistics Partners, Capture concrete action items and drive improvements. Define and drive Data Quality Standards. Engage with Regional teams to define requirements for (B2B) Performance KPIs, Dashboards and Global Alignments. Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical requirements to develop Data Insights & KPI driven Dashboards. Analyzes supply chain issues, formulates solutions and proposals, and communicates plans and status in an executive manner Investigate Data gaps, launch tickets and follow up with ETL Processing/Data Ingestion and Reporting teams.
