http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=85332&uid= From: Senthil, SecureKloud [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Dear Friend, Title: Site Reliability Engineer Duration: 6 month contract to hire Location: Remote(PST hours) Responsibilities: Ensure Ubiquity and corresponding services have reliability and uptime appropriate to users needs and a fast rate of improvement while staying mindful of capacity and performance Build creative engineering solutions to operations and infrastructure problems, focusing on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation. Determine how our systems relate to each other and use a breadth of tools and approaches to solve a variety of problems. Define and implement standards and best practices related to: System Architecture, Deployment, metrics, monitoring/observability and operational tasks Build a culture of diversity, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and openness. Manage, innovate, and create designs for software that drives improvements to the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Ubiquity and related services. Work cross-functionally with product area leads to guide product engineering, and collaborate with developers. Contribute to team growth by providing advice, mentoring and coaching to other engineers with positivity and enthusiasm Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 8-10 years hands on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps Demonstrated skills in multiple coding/scripting languages and able to select the appropriate language given the business need Expert in data structures, algorithms and analysis Demonstrated technical leadership for an enterprise SaaS service Proven experience analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems Experience in configuration and maintenance of applications such as web servers, load balancers, non-relational databases, storage systems and messaging systems Experience with configuration and deployment management tools (e.g. Terraform) Experience with operating systems and TCP/IP network fundamentals Experience learning software, frameworks and APIs Experience with MongoDB performance tuning, design, backups, and security implementations Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with outstanding written and verbal communication.
