Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations. Proficient in SQL across a variety of databases Data Governance and Standards Architecting data solutions on Google Cloud Platform e.g. Big Data Projects, Data Modernization, Data Migrations, BI, etc.. Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience using Google Big Query, DataForm, DataProc are mandatory Defined metadata driven framework using Data products in Google Cloud Platform Hands on with Google Data Products DataStreams, DataFusion, etc Physical dimensional model implementation in Big Query Hands-on experience with Google services such as Streaming + Batch, Cloud Storage, Cloud DataFlow, DataProc, etc Airflow, Cloud Composer experience required CICD experience for Cloud deployment Proven experience in one or more of the programming or scripting languages JavaScript, Python, Java GCP certifications Architect, Data Engineer preferred. Education and Work Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related discipline. 10 + years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in Data, Analytics, Information Management platforms Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical Demands This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
