LinkedIn is required Your Job Performs wafer level reliability testing (HCI, BTI, TDDB.) to support technology reliability assessments and qualifications. Executes electrical measurements using semi-automatic and fully automatic probers and system parametric testers. Responsible for test hardware and software maintenance, lab network/IT management. Implements proper documentation to ensure proper reliability test operations Required Qualifications: BS degree, 1-2 years related experience with the lab equipment such as Cascade/Accretech probers and Agilent/Keithley testers. Some Knowledge/experience with Visual Basic, C#, C++ Some Knowledge/understanding of electronic circuits and semiconductor device operations. Strong problem solving, data analysis and technical trouble shooting skills. Ability to communicate well, possess strong work ethics, positive attitude, and self-responsibility.
