Must experience in Should Cost Analysis through tool aPriori 'Design-to-Cost' approaches: New Product Introductions Detailed Cost Analysis (Should Costing) and Manufacturing Sequence of build to print Parts Manufacturing processes: Casting / Forgings / Sheet Metal / Stampings / Electronics ( any of this ) Negotiation with Suppliers: Global supply base Perform technical calculations on parts and simple assemblies 'Cycle time calculations ', MHR calculations - Cost analysis by cost element distributions Product costing-For EV vehicles, Automotive, BIW, Castings, Transmissions, Wiring Harness etc. Good to have CAD knowledge Referrals appreciated and welcomed.
