Job Description: We are seeking a Sr. SAP Demand-to-Supply Analyst with experience designing interfaces and configuring SAP Manufacturing (Discrete & Process Industries), Quality Management, PP/DS, and IBP modules of S/4 Cloud systems. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements and support the SAP S/4HANA implementation, as well as SAP functions in the areas of PP/DS, IBP. And QM. Requirements Solid knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes and their integration with SAP systems in the area of Demand-to-Supply including Advanced Planning (PP/DS), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory Management (IM). Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex SAP engagements/implementations including all phases of the project lifecycle, from Discover, Prepare, and Explore to Realize, Deploy, and Run (SAP Activate Methodology). Must have domain experience with Manufacturing and Supply Planning including how to optimize them with S/4HANA and IBP products in a Cloud environment. Experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects with Fiori apps. Knowledge of and experience in configuring and designing solutions in SAP PP, and QM; ability to identify gaps in current designs and provide solutions to meet current and future requirements. Solid understanding of Process Orders, In Process Inspections, Silo Management, TSW Framework, and integrations (i.e., PP with PP/DS, IBP with PP, PP with FI). Superb collaboration and communication skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements to resolve issues, develop enhancements, or implement other projects. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or in a related field Candidates local to Minneapolis SAP certification in IBP, SAP PP (S/4 with PP/DS).
