Candidate need to go FTE after C2C period. Fulltime conversion $140K/yr Top Skills' Details Must have experience with TPM (Trade and Production Management) and ideally CRM. Salesforce would be a plus but not required. Ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and will have supported 1-2 SAP implementations. Preferred candidates will have experience with S/4HANA but only ECC experience will also be considered. Knowledge of condition contracts, integration with third party applications/non-SAP applications, creating functional requirements and configuration required. Preferred experience with SAP (i.e. how to open incidents, handle escalations, etc). 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Trade management (TPM) module (CBP, TPM, funds, Promotion Planning & settlements) Functional knowledge of processes across sales, marketing, customer planning, trade promotions management, and integration with demand planning, pricing, and finance Relate technical and business concepts to leadership Technical knowledge of SAP Trade management system and its integration with important functional areas such as such as FI, SD/OTC, BW Exposure and understanding of SAP security concepts Experience with S4 Experience working in Continuous Delivery model (Agile) Experience working within JIRA / Confluence Experience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore and off-shore teams) Job Description Position Introduction: The Sr. Systems Analyst SAP Trade Management is accountable and responsible for providing oversight and delivery of complex projects, enhancements, and service requests within the SAP platform. You will be accountable and responsible for system architecture to develop features and stories to deliver business capabilities within SAP Trade Promotion Management modules (Customer Business Planning, Trade Promotion Management, Funds, Claims, Settlements). You will focus on partnering with solution architects within portfolios, shared service platforms and infrastructure to ensure stability and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities. You will ensure that the newly created and/or existing applications follow quality standards and requirements. Knowledge of various SAP modules such as integration with SD/OTC, Finance, BW (data exchange, middleware, etc.) desirable. You Will (position responsibilities): Provide technical leadership within the SAP Trade Management space Oversight and responsibility for design, development, performance validation and testing methodologies to ensure technical solutions meet quality requirements. Oversees quality of deliverables (including design and development reviews) and follows the stipulated change control processes and release/transport management schedules. Partner with enterprise architecture and solution architects to future state technical capabilities. Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure that the work continues to improve intended value / results Provide inputs into QA testing and release readiness activities Help define architectural standards and validate with proof of concepts Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Shared Services Architects for design inputs. Participate in Product and Agile team level ceremonies Coach Systems Analysts on architectural standards and ensure they conduct quality audits on Development team's output. Oversee and provide guidance to IT outsource provider for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
