(Need LinkedIn URL of the candidate) Job Description: The hiring manager was very clear that they want someone that started their career as a .NET/C# Developer and then moved into DevOps. Venkata started as a DevOps Developer and he said that he has some Java/.NET coding experience, but Im not sure thats going to be good enough for this manager. Ill follow up with you as soon as I have spoken to my Account Manager, but please make sure you are sending me candidates that have a strong development background, not someone that says they can write code but dont have the work experience to show it. REQUIREMENTS: Software Development background; 5+ year's of experience and proficiency in C# .NET programming- Not looking for someone that started career as a systems admin. 3+ years in DevOps, with expertise in Azure DevOps. Strong experience developing/maintaining Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code). Git version control experience (they're using Azure DevOps Git). Experienced building/maintaining YAML Azure DevOps pipelines & templates. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus--expertise not 100% required.
