Primary responsibilities include: Close collaboration with multiple business stakeholder Eliciting and writing functional requirements and documenting process flows Working with Project Managers to coordinate the Enterprise Services team's timeline and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Managing and reporting status of Enterprise Services deliverables by facilitating internal team status checkpoints, creating project tracking documentation, communicating status and issues as needed Actively participate in process improvement initiatives for the Enterprise Services BSA team Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree Min 7 years of experience in business analysis/ business systems analysis related work Cloud Certification Preferred Skills and Experience Demonstrable ability to learn and apply technical skills Effective Time Management with ability to adjust to changing priorities and handling multiple projects Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to the audience Has a sense of urgency, knows how and when to escalate Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion Documenting Functional design/Functional Specifications and Process Flows Works well under pressure and with deadlines Comfortable writing or running simple SQL queries against data sources Keyword(s) SQL, Process Flows, Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise Services BSA, project tracking, Services Business Analyst, project lifecycle, Project managers Keywords: information technology golang Ohio http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=839232&uid= |
