Contract Long Term Responsibilities: The Coupa Applications Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Coupa applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions. Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies and provide sound business solutions based on Coupa standard capability and functionality. This position will be responsible for ensuring Allegros Coupa portfolio of applications are designed to meet evolving business requirements and standards for reliability, scalability, availability, and usability. This position will also work with team members as needed to scope, design, develop, test, implement, support, and enhance Coupa solutions. Work with business users to gather business requirements, translate them into specifications documents. Responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects. Collaborate with business partners, Systems Analysts and Application Developers and translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs. Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards. Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution. Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, and workflows independently or as a part of a team. Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise. Ability and willingness to learn regarding the applications and their ecosystem. Review of code and make recommendations based on industry best practices, participate in analysis discussions to ensure the business requirements are met. Understand and comply with company policy and procedure, ITGC (Governance Control) and SOX requirements. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent. 7-10 years experience in Coupa Business Spend Management Strong technical knowledge in Coupa P2P, Coupa Pay, Coupa Supplier Management, and Coupa Analytics required. Good Techno functional knowledge or Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Acquire-to-Retire and Manufacturing Processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of SaaS Application Workday is desirable.
