As a BPM lead, should have experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Mobility, Smart Services, Plug-ins etc. Deal directly with Appian on cloud monitoring and deployments. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XSLT etc., as well as Appian Administration, JBOSS/WebSphere/WebLogic. Also should have good knowledge and experience in SOA and API architecture. Future Duties: Design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc. Develop custom Plug-Ins acceptable within the Appian Cloud environment. Integrate with Service/API layer. Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional projects. Performs feasibility studies, translating requirements into an appropriate design. Mentoring, coaching and consulting project team to improve the organizations depth and knowledge in the Appian platform.
