Duration: 6 months+ Interview- Video Must Haves - Lead-to-Cash process experience and consumer market experience - Experience with one or more of the following - Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Zuora, Netsuite, Marketo Title: Enterprise Applications Architect Location: ideally would like someone local that can be onsite at least on occasion - 55 Cambridge Parkway Cambridge, MA 02142 Why Open: growing team and had someone working part-time and they recently left Important Skills: Technical - Salesforce, Force.com, CRM implementation, System Design Soft - Strong communication and multitasker Day to Day: - Working on the Enterprise Application team and serve as a high-level expert of the Enterprise Application stack - currently Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Zuora, Netsuite, Marketo and system integrations - Running stakeholder meetings and taking down requirements - Creating the initial design - process flow charts, integration diagrams, high level solution documents - Work as a middle man and a trusted advisor between stakeholders and developers/solution architects directing on how to build things out on the backend o Evaluate solutions options and collaborate on the technical aspects with development teams to deliver full lifecycle SFDC implementations. - Promotes conceptual / high level planning of the application architecture in collaboration with other development, information security, product and IT teams. Must Have: - 10 years of experience growing levels of responsibility developing solutions & applications - Experience on an Enterprise Architecture team working on more than 1 system - Lead-to-Cash process experience and consumer market experience - Experience with one or more of the following - Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Zuora, Netsuite, Marketo - Excellent communication skill as the role demands to work with wide range of stakeholders across various business/technical domains - Good interpersonal and communication skills for driving critical initiatives through diverse organizations. Excellent customer service skills. - Demonstrable understanding of IT systems including system design, Object Oriented Design, databases, programming and integration concepts specifically HTML, browsers, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, ESB. - Demonstrable understanding of Master Data Management especially within a hybrid environment of Saas, home-grown, and on-prem applications and databases.
