In this role, you will provide consulting services for Oracle Fusion Financials, focusing on functional expertise and project management. Your main responsibilities include implementing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, collaborating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to address client requirements in areas like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop suitable Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. Create project plans, manage resources, and oversee implementation, configuration, and testing of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth development, testing, and deployment of projects. Assist with data migration and integration activities for seamless system integration. Provide training and create user documentation to support end-users in adopting and utilizing Oracle Fusion Financials effectively. Offer strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial processes and improve efficiency. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Financials features and share knowledge with the team and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant, with expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting modules. Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion Financials project delivery. Strong project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials functionality, configuration, and customization options. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials tools, such as Oracle Financials Cloud, Fusion Accounting Hub, and Smart View. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Effective presentation skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials or related areas are highly desirable.
