The team works closely with business stakeholders, the Technology Innovation Team, and development teams across the Technology Group to deliver and deploy AI technology that delivers competitive advantages to operations. What youll do: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our Generative AI and Large Language Models program and projects, with particular focus on Platform Development and Product Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling scrum ceremonies, managing Jira plans and boards, ensuring proper documentation, overseeing product delivery and releases, as well as streamlining processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, software engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities / Duties: Contribute to the development of the overall GenAI technology strategy by managing complex GenAI projects from design through implementation Be the central point of contact for the programs you manage. Communicate effectively, engage with senior internal clients, and provide synthesized and clear recommendations to Technology Innovation management on risk management, as well as escalate relevant issues Establish project governance to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the risks/issues and status of the projects and define a clear escalation path to resolve open items Clearly communicate across all stakeholders (technology and business) to ensure deliverables/requirements are clearly defined, dependencies are well-known, risks/issues are acknowledged, and project status is understood Actively manage stakeholders expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across your projects Lead scope definition and communication sessions in collaboration with engineering, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to produce and track tasks in order to deliver accurate sizing and timeline estimates Collaborate with program lead and product managers to prioritize tasks, fill backlogs, resolve resource conflicts, and define project milestones Utilize negotiation skills to drive the project team and stakeholders to make timely decisions and deliver projects in scope and on time Clearly define and maintain the roadmap and implementation plans for your projects and programs with clear goals, milestones, and timelines Lead and manage scrum ceremonies for Platform Development and Product Management & Enablement projects Promote continuous improvement by documenting and communicating lessons learned Required Qualifications/Skills A strong sense of ownership and iron-clad commitment to follow through 5+ years of experience in project management in a software development or AI environment PMP or PMI certification a big plus Bachelors degree in related field Experience holding daily Scrums, conducting sprint planning sessions, tracking project velocity, and forecasting project completion with EVA or Agile methodologies Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformational projects and programs in the financial services industry Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to use Project management tools (JIRA and Confluence a huge plus) Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to provide project progress status and metrics to a wide-ranging audience Experience working with cross-functional teams at scale (at least 10+ people) Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate across a wide range of audience from project team members to senior executives Familiarity with AWS products and services such as EC2, S3, VPC, as well as experience with GCP & Azure Strong grasp of current web and AI/ML technologies, as well as related business issues and use cases Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning user interface user experience sthree Connecticut New York http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=831723&uid= |
