Someone with over 10 years of development experience and at least 5 years with Appian. Job Description: Lead and coordinate the development of domain Business Process Management initiatives utilizing Appian's software technology. As a BPM lead, should have experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Mobility, Smart Services, Plug-ins etc. Deal directly with Appian on cloud monitoring and deployments. Responsibilities: Design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc.Develop custom Plug-Ins acceptable within the Appian Cloud environment. Integrate with Service/API layer. Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional projects. Performs feasibility studies, translating requirements into an appropriate design. Identifies conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions.Identifies conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions. Mentoring, coaching and consulting project team to improve the organization's depth and knowledge in the Appian platform. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc. Must have Appian Certified Lead Developer certification Appian Designer credentials Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation and leadership. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. SOA design and implementation Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience with .NET, Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT, etc Experience with Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\\WebSphere\\WebLogic etc. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
