The individual is required to perform PET packaging / development, unit testing, execute lab environment installations, maintain lab environments, and troubleshoot installation issues. The individual will also provide technical guidance to less experienced staff. Collaborates with teams and recognizes/integrates emerging technologies to achieve objectives. Application development experience is required. Details Of Position : Analyze application packaging requirements, create design documents, implement and test the solution for projects as needed. Activities are performed across a varied range of software suites. Troubleshoots/resolves technical problems, provides full technical support during installations. Instructs/assists others with performing installs and troubleshooting issues. Performs planning, diagnoses risk and system issues, takes corrective action to ensure continuity of systems. This position identifies and implements technologies and processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and availability of the systems environment. The individual will utilize standardized tools for work assignments of moderate risk, impact, complexity, and scope. Good written and verbal communications are required for understanding of assignments and ability to participate in conference calls and collaborate during deployments Skill/Experience/Education: Mandatory: Advanced Powershell and/or Windows Command Shell scripting, and XML required. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access required. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Generate and modify XML files to be consumed by Powershell and/or Windows command shell scripts Must be ability to quickly and clearly articulate problem statements and solutions on production support conference calls with many attendees Develop & use complex excel spreadsheet Ability to develop Powershell scripts; understand and troubleshoot existing scripts Ability to develop Widows command shell scripts; understand and troubleshoot existing scripts Desired Skills: HCL/IBM Big Fix, C#, .NET SQL programming desired.
