Role : Service Now Development Lead Location : Oaks, PA ( 5 days onsite ) VISA : GCEAD , H4EAD , L2EAD , H1B Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers to deliver technical solutions on the Service Now Corporate platform Develop, maintain and execute project plans, timelines, and roadmaps Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Service Now platform Ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices and Client requirements Write clear and concise technical documentation Oversee the development, testing, deployment and support of Service Now modules, applications and workflows Develop and deliver training to users on Service Now functionality Ensure that Service Now solutions are properly documented and supported Assist in the development/mentorship of other team developers. Stay up to date with the latest developments, features and best practices in Service Now, to continually enhance the platforms capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Should have a proven track record of successful platform customizations and implementations. Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and development best practices Experience with Service Now modules such as Incident Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Virtual Agents and Performance Analytics Experience with configuring Service Now integrations with other applications like Workday, Jira and MS Teams (including APIs) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITSM Certified Implementation (CIS-ITSM) certifications Keywords: microsoft Pennsylvania http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=824067&uid= |
