Experience Required 6+ Roles & Responsibilities Must Have: Hands on experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument. Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience Understanding of GxP, GMP process Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 7) 5. Experience in handling IT Desktop support for a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY (Pfizer, Abott, Vertex, BMS, Lilly etc.) Exposure on pharma equipments like Spectrometers, Chronometer. Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like AntiVirus, AD, Asset Management.
