You will contribute along with other developers to produce the highest quality software possible, and youll be responsible for supporting and maintaining them along the way. As an ideal candidate, you have strong proficiency in React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack, and have proven experience creating data visualization tools, monitoring user interactions, and optimizing components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices. Your expertise in React JS and UI/UX design principles will contribute to the development of innovative and user-friendly web applications, driving the overall user experience of our products to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing highly immersive and responsive user interface components using React concepts. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process to enhance user satisfaction. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experiences and improve usability. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Implement and maintain UI/UX design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all applications and platforms. Create wireframes in AdobeXD, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate UI/UX ideas and concepts. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices & browsers and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities. Document and refactor our frontend codebase and improve our frontend performance. Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough testing of UI components, identifying and addressing any issues or inconsistencies. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team. Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during the software development process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer science, Design, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5 + years of practical experience with React and web standards: HTML, CSS, JS. Proven experience as a React.js developer. With thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. Experience with REACT tools such as React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe XD Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling, with the ability to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Should have experience in strong OOPS concepts and best design practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
