Technical Expertise in Web technologies like - HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting Proficient in MS Excel should be able to understand formulas and pivot tables Managing expectations from analytics tool and reporting delivery and implementation efforts Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions Partner with Product Management to determine how to measure performance for new products/features (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents (4.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (5.)
