http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=81631&uid= From: Senthil, SecureKloud [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Clinical Imaging Data Management Tech Lead Long term contract San Francisco CA Lead and supervise the Imaging team to prepare high quality Imaging Data Planning, allocation and monitoring of the tasks Guiding and training team members throughout the stages of Imaging Data Pipeline Create data platforms to ingest and integrate large volumes of Clinical Imaging data Work with vendor teams for prioritizing, tracking and fixing issue within the platform Participate in planning activities for each phase of the product development Build and orchestrate data pipeline for Clinical Trials and Real-World data ingestion, QC and virus/malware check Curating various Neurology, Oncology and Ophthalmology image data, in consultation with Research Scientists, using custom python-based scripts. Stage the clean and curated data onto the High-performance computing Clusters to train and test ML models Testing various Imaging Algorithms on different Clinical Imaging data-sets Work with scientists, contractors, and IT staff to understand business data requirements Coordination of transfers of clinical imaging data from outside sources using a variety of data transfer options such as cloud platforms, Box.com, or Aspera Direct communication with outside vendors and in-house staff to reconcile data transfer problems Organization and curation of data in highly structured cloud platforms to facilitate advanced image analysis Develop Python scripts for automating data ingestion, curation, qc, analysis Support data integration efforts across diverse data sources Prepare image data in support f algorithmic development and data workflows Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes Reporting on imaging assets to business stakeholders.
