Job Details Summary Were looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our Middle Office Technology team in areas including trade processing, confirmation/affirmation and settlement calculation, and other fund processing. The Middle Office Technology Team supports trade processing, position keeping, and trade management systems. The team partners with middle office business users to customize and implement solutions supporting trade processing scale and stability. What youll do Partner with business owners, business managers, and technology leaders to successfully deliver large scale, integral programs Manage the planning and delivery of large software/system development initiatives Ensure that project scope and objectives are clearly defined and agreed upon for the program Develop and maintain the detailed program plan across multiple workstreams and support the project team to determine cross-project dependencies Manage program issues and risks, including cross-project conflicts, helping to identify appropriate mitigation plans Help develop resource planning strategies supporting program initiatives Serve as voice of the program team, leading presentations regarding program status, as well as current issues and risks Maintain executive status reporting, milestone tracking, and team performance metrics Create deployment and rollout plans for the overall program ensuring all dependencies are met Manage a team of Project Managers across different time zones Whats required 15+ years of work experience running technology projects within middle and/or back-office development teams and managing client-facing communications Experience working with financial/investment systems supporting banking Expertise in post-execution transaction processing, settlement and confirmation workflows, position keeping, profit and loss calculations, and trade lifecycle Knowledge of financial products including fixed income, credit, equities, and derivatives Fluent in the software development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile) and SDLC tools Experience holding Scrum meetings, tracking project velocity, forecasting project completion with EVA or Agile methodologies Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams at scale (at least 20+ people) and evaluating project priorities with business sponsors Experience in data analysis including SQL and other data processing tools such as Tableau, Alteryx Experience managing projects based on cloud and micro-service-based architectures Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing communication with both technical and business counterparts Commitment and adherence to the highest ethical standards Mohit Joshi Senior Technical Recruiter Exarca Inc. 101 E.
