This candidate will partner with stakeholders, department heads, analysts and IT teams to define to perform IR within a University setting to promote decision-making and planning in .promote decision-making and planning in admissions, financial aid, curriculum assessment, enrollment management, staffing, student life, finance, facilities, athletics, and alumni relations. Heres how you will impact the company: Create technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements. Interact with the user community to gather and document business requirements, conduct process analysis, and draft conceptual design. Collaborate with team members and key business units to design and develop data warehouse models and automated processes supporting the deployment of complex, strategic, and interactive dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analyses. Partner with team members to validate reports, analyses, and other data products generated by other team members to ensure quality of all departmental publications. Coordinate with IT Developers to design, develop, and document ETL processes to support strategic data analytics needs. Assist in performing BI system testing, including data quality assurance, performance, and usability. Perform data mapping, conversion testing, and end-user documentation. Actively participate in IR data governance and data management processes. We Can Get You an Interview for This Position If You Have: 7 9 + years of experience in business intelligence, information technology, or analytics. 7 9 + years of demonstrated experience and skilled in a variety of software, database, and data analytics tools as the enterprise level (Microsoft SSMS/SSRS/SSAS/SSIS, MS Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, etc.) Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills with the talent to apply these skills at an enterprise level. University or higher education experience in designing and building a business intelligence environment required.
