Must be a self-starter with excellent communication and documentation skills Must have worked with vendors and helped develop RFPs, etc. Must have good customer skills Experience with a VOIP migration and other Network projects required *** Job Description **** Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Oversees one or more projects. Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project. Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs **** Mandatory Skills & Experience **** 5 years experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects. Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with Requestion for Proposal, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation.
