Youll serve as a critical member of the PMO team servicing Information Security team leads to ensure program objectives and strategic outcomes are met by directing large scale technology programs across organizational and functional boundaries. What Youll Do Serve as the central point of contact for the Information Security initiatives you manage, including audit remediation items Work with audit teams to understand and align on remediation plans for audit findings Coordinate across all stakeholders (technology and business) to ensure Information Security/audit remediation deliverables/requirements are clearly defined, resource capacity is reasonable, dependencies are well-known, and the risks/issues are understood Communicate effectively to engage with senior internal clients and provide synthesized and clear recommendations to Point72 management on risk management and escalation of issues as required Define the program and project roadmaps with clear goals, milestones and timelines to meet committed audit dates Develop and maintain the detailed project plan across multiple workstreams and support the project team to determine cross-project dependencies Communicate plan variance and develop remediation options Actively manage stakeholders expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across the projects Lead scope definition and communication sessions. Utilize negotiation skills to arbitrate impasses and remove barriers to drive project progress through complexity and timelines Build trust with direct stakeholders and serve as a change champion Develop and guide deployment plans and communication with direct stakeholders Identify risks, plan for unanticipated outcomes, and form appropriate contingency plans Establish project/program governance to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the risks/issues and status of the programs with a clear escalation path to resolve open items Whats Required 8+ years of professional experience in information security and/or successfully carrying out program/project management functions in a leadership role Demonstrated ability to organize and direct complex programs and projects and ensure effective collaboration between business and technology partners Strong communication skills with a proven record of inspiring change and influencing stakeholders to embrace security best practices Effective in leveraging data to drive security outcomes and enable business partners to think about security holistically Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and provide project progress and metrics Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems Dedication to excellence, high quality standards and strong attention to detail Commitment to the highest ethical standards -- Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=802758&uid= |
