The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a variety of data frameworks and tools, including but not limited to Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Pinot. This role is critical to our organization as we aim to build and manage high-performance, scalable, reliable, and accurate systems Technical/Functional Skills Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Pinot Experience Required 15 - 20 years Architect and design scalable, high-performance data ingestion and processing frameworks. Provide expertise in event streaming and event processing technologies like Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Beam. Oversee end-to-end data analytics initiatives and contribute to architectural best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various data sources and systems. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools related to data analytics, event streaming, and data processing for organizational adoption. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity throughout all enterprise systems. Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers. Develop and implement data governance policies and standards Create detailed architecture documentation and design specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architectural solutions with business strategies Generic Managerial Skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Must have strong problem-solving skills Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically focusing on data ingestion, data processing, and event-driven architectures. Expert knowledge of Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Kafka, Apache Flink, and Apache Pinot.
