Position: HCM ARCHITECT Location: Remote 99.9%, requires one trip to the office per month, expenses paid MOI: Video Visa: No h1B and CPT Client : SAP AMERICA This is an HCM payroll project where the customer is integrating to Workday. 175M employees in US and Canada. Deloitte is the SI. This is an oversight role where the resource would be providing SAP functional build topics. The resource would not be responsible for configuration but instead be guiding the customer on configuration and design. In addition, the resource would be the liaison with SAP Product and BSI and should have a solid understanding of legal and tax components of SAP and localization. Exp inWorkday topics so a background in this area would not be required. Resource should have strong interpersonal skills and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment. Assignment is ~2.5 days per week and mostly remote through end of January 2024. The expectation is one trip to the customer per month (in Bentonville AR). Candidates should be at least principal level and not only have a HCM payroll background but also have experience acting in an architect capacity.
