Candidate with a Jira Developer background and skillset to provide technical support, administration, maintenance, and development of Jira Cloud workflows. Candidate should be able to design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in Jira/Confluence. Should have: 6-8 years of experience. 1) Experience with Jira, workflows, customizations, mapping, and automating complex workflows for role-based access control. 2) Experience in working with Groovy, HTML, Scripting, JQL filters, Jira Query Language, including dynamic dashboards, and Confluence pages. 3) Experience with writing custom conditions, validations, and post functions using ScriptRunner for Jira and Automation for Jira. 4) Experience with Jira workflows development and testing integrations between Jira and 3rd-party using Jira REST API. 5) Ability to understand abstract functionalities from specifications. 6) Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve Jira issues reported by users. 7) Ability to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications: 1) BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 5 years of directly relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 2) 5+ years of experience in Atlassian/Jira development and administration. 3) Experience developing Jira workflows using Atlassian JIRA. 4) Proficient in the implementation/configuration of Atlassian Plugins. 5) Participate in SCRUM and Agile methods to ensure appropriate work planning. 6) Experience in Finance domain is a plus.
