Experience testing projects developed using agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies. Experience analysing Functional and Technical Requirements. Experience performing Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Black-box Testing, White-box Testing, and Regression Testing. Experience conducting manual testing of mainframe applications. Experience creating and implementing Test Plans, Test Strategies and Test scenarios from given requirements. Experience with Test Management. Experience with defect reporting, triage, and tracking. Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and test reports. Experience with writing and debugging SQL for verification and validation. Experience following formal Configuration Management procedures. Ability to clearly communicate, both orally and in writing, in English. Experience partnering with Development teams and other project stakeholders to develop test cases, test scripts and test scenarios. Ability to analyze test data and identify trends and/or problems areas and their root causes. Ability to identify discrepancies, report incidents, and validate actual test results vs. expected test results.
