Job Title FIS Functional Analyst Location Lisle(Hybrid) IL Duration 6 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION GC-EAD/H4-EAD/OPT-EAD Hybrid Role job description: - must-have skills: 1. fis ambit captive finance 2. commercial lending/retail lease origination system (rlos) 3. proficient in pricing programs, npv calculations, credit ratings, rate cards, contracts, and financial products. years of experience required: 8+ years. o responsibilities: o act as a key contributor in the creation, development, and deployment of commercial lending or retail lease origination system (rlos) o identify opportunities to improve all aspects of rlos and overall lending process, including thorough understanding of opportunity to credit flow; commercial lending application to authoring of contract flow. o thorough understanding of pricing programs, npv calculations; credit ratings and score cards, rate cards maintenance, retail and lease contract agreements, dealer/vendor agreements, financial products in the lending and finance industry, residual values maintenance. o develop and maintain rlos interface with 3rd party vendors. o aid in the design of training materials and provide ongoing training to staff for new rlos products. o configure, communicate, and maintain reporting system for rlos. o handle reporting needs for business users and dashboards for leadership. o execution of business-side administration and set up of key systems. o primary contact for all internal departments and employees for rlos system. o responsible for identifying and analyzing industry trends and new technology. o aid in the design and documentation of process and workflows and deliver system training to system users as necessary. o participate in leadership focus groups and strategy sessions with other internal stakeholders to align rlos offering and output. o communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and organization. o develop and manage customer centric strategies while meeting or exceeding individual and team objectives.
