The Web Developer collaborates with business analysts, business users and other developers to plan, design and develop user interfaces. This position requires an ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.Candidates need to have the ability to work with other team members and willingness to learn new technologies. Responsibilities Collaborate with business users to gather and evaluate requirements for user interfaces and to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for user interfaces and present to stakeholders Develop user interfaces for complex web applications Develop front end code that interacts and integrates with business logic Perform usability tests to evaluate user experience Analyze user interfaces of existing applications to identify areas to improve, and design and implement improvements Create project plans and provide time estimates for completion of projects Document policies, designs, procedures and installation instructions Must be available for after hour support, including evening or weekend deployments (generally three to four times a quarter) Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Web development experience with HTML 5, CSS, jQuery, Spring Boot, React JS or other NodeJS libraries Proficiency in designing interfaces and building prototypes Expert knowledge of common UI development frameworks and languages including HTML5, CSS, jQuery,Spring Boot, React JS and other NodeJS libraries Experience with integrating UI code with back end software, microservices, and APIs Experience with common software development languages such as Java, JSP or C# a plus Experience with development tools such as JIRA and GIT a plus Proven teamwork and collaborative focus Communications skills for technicaland non-technical groups Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with senior technical staff Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance and operational problemspreferred Thanks.
