Maintains project management documentation, policies, processes to standards based on Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology Functions as an advocate, Change Agent and serves as a positive role model for encouraging others to embrace operational changes and transformation associated with the Epic EHR implementation and other application technology projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience: At least one (1) full cycle Epic implementation of an enterprise wide EHR system with a multi-million dollar budget, utilizing Epics methodology and Epic enterprise-wide healthcare applications suite with a focus on the acute care, clinical, and revenue cycle applications Basic architectural knowledge across IT and telecom environments Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical, planning and excellent communication skills, successfully built team relationships and partnerships across the business At least five (5) years of experience as a proven change agent and mentor Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; ability to use other on-premises or cloud-based project management and reporting. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Strong negotiation, consulting, and arbitration skills.
