The key objective of this role is to do a deep dive analysis into the current configurations to assess the level of customizations and create a plan and recommendations to upgrade. There are currently two instances of CC&B that need to be analyzed, to create a plan to combine, upgrade and migrate to the cloud.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform a deep dive assessment of the current systems configuration and create a plan for remediation and upgrade Collaboratively lead the Oracle CC&B, assessment, upgrade designs, conversion, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration. Work with clients to understand business requirements and to design robust solutions. Understand end-to-end business processes and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables. Ensure a full understanding of longer-range customer needs and emerging opportunities. Analyze, design and/or develop best practices for business solutions. Develop an understanding of a clients current state process and desired future state to develop technical recommendations. Develop new and refine existing business processes used to validate the conversion success and to identify data conversion problems. Managing a technical/conversion project delivery and lead project onsite and offshore technical teams. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property. Participate in project planning through providing expertise by defining schedules for data cleansing, estimating work, and assisting with the development of proposals.Required Skills & Qualifications:6 years overall relevant experience implementing and/or supporting CC&B/C2M, including consulting or services. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information System Utility industry experience. Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients. Strong knowledge of Oracle Utility software; excellent communication skills Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or C2M including design, development, configuration, and enhancements.
