Description:

MDM Process Manager

Background: Client is
implementing a new MDM tool (Informatica). Initial domains
are Product and Customer. This person will focus on the
people / process side of the implementation by:

Support development of
processes for business SMEs to author and approve master
data

Support development of master
data structures including business hierarchies and
attributes

Support development of logic to
determine trust/confidence in selecting a source for an
MDM attribute

Provide training to data
stewards on tool functionality

Skills:

Strong understanding of master
data in either Product or Customer domain

Strong business analysis
skills, good understanding of core business processes such
as quote to cash, record to report

Previous experience working
with Informatica MDM from a business perspective

            Led organizations
in successfully implementing a Master Data Management and
Governance and other Software platforms that encompassed a
broad multi-domain scope.

            Established and
led systems implementations as a Lead Analyst, product
owner and solution architect, defining consensus-driven
definitions of business entities and their consistent
application across the enterprise.

            Designed Data
Master implementations and integrations for diverse
business domains including product, finance, supply chain,
B2B, and customer.

            Spearheaded the
development of multi-domain Master Data Management
solutions for a newly acquired subsidiary, seamlessly
integrating it with RBI's brand.

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams,
including global Off-shore partners, across multiple
subsidiaries to customize and implement a globally aligned
master data platform. It resulted in a highly integrated
solution that smoothly interfaced with various spoke
systems.

            Analyzed and
documented workflows and business requirements documents,
effectively translating them into functional
specifications for system implementation.

The role is focused on the
business-side of MDM implementations, defining data
structures, business rules for merging and integration of
data (known as survivorship), training for business users.
