Job id: HBITS-05-13048 Role : Business Analyst location: Albany, NY Duration: 30 Months Visa- Any valid working visa in USA. There is only 1 round with direct client NOTE = This is onsite job from day 1. Client will provide Hybrid work option. You have to go onsite 2/3 days in a week. Daily tasks will include: Write Business Documents for a variety of application features including but not limited to use case diagrams, business rules, flow charts, data element tables, mock-up screens using Expression / Balsamiq and swim lane diagrams and maintaining them in a software document repository. Work closely with development and architecture staff to refine requirements and assist them in the creation of technical designs and specification documents. The candidate will be expected to provide insight that results in greater efficiency in a variety of child support system processes. Lead joint application design sessions, present and participate in requirements solicitation meetings and interviews, requirement reviews, feature demonstrations and presentations of draft and production features to key users and local staff at conferences and meetings. Work closely with testing staff to ensure tests of developed application modules conform to requirements, and will be called upon to participate in testing to accomplish scheduled implementations of new features. Work closely with legacy staff in extracting business rules from legacy application. Business Analyst: ASSETS project Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 70 months experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g. business process flows, fit-gaps analyses, functional designs, etc.). 24 months experience in using and administering Sharepoint or other document version control site. 70 months experience documenting the as-is and to-be states of the business process or function by using flow charts, process models, functional requirements, use cases and interface designs 24 months experience using Team Foundation Server or other SDLC tool to facilitate creation, analysis, and planning of change requests and bugs. 70 months experience organizing in-person or WebEx Joint Application Development sessions: collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. 70 months experience designing and performing tests to ensure that the implemented functionality meets the required specifications.
