Education Master's Degree Experience Required: At least 5-7 years of experience working with SAP HANA studio and Business Object reporting. Advance SQL experience in a data analytic environment including the use of statistical analysis techniques in business intelligence application environment. Experience and knowledge of reporting platform such as Business Objects, MS Access, Crystal). Preferred: Knowledge and experience of data modeling with health care and Finance data Required: Strong understanding of models, data sources, memberships, providers, claims, capitation and shared risk and revenue cycle. Strong Collaboration and communication skills to facilitate discussions within and across teams. In-depth knowledge in statistical model building and concepts, decisions trees, classification rules. Knowledge of the following Software Packages: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge and demonstrated experience with finance and operational data in Healthcare Industry. Ability to conduct in-depth analysis in areas of focus. Ability to analyze, consolidate Finance/Operation data for reporting. Ability to troubleshoot operation of software and make recommendations to improve functionality. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
