Automation experience with Terraform is heavily preferred. VMware Horizon Cloud / Horizon on Azure is heavily preferred. Interview Information: 2 step interviews. First is with Manager, Second is technical. 1-hour MS Teams meetings. Must have Skills : Citrix Cloud, Candidate must have good experience into designing and architecting. The designing of Citrix cloud environments is essential. Description: Architect, Develop and Implement VDI solutions in On Prem and Cloud Infrastructure. Document Solution architecture, deployment, configuration around VDI environment. Analyze Business requirements, participate in solution development and define test cases. Handle Level 3/4 issues/escalations within the VDI environment. Identify and Implement enhancements, feature upgrades, and version upgrades. Identify and Implement solutions around VDI Security. Participates in Root cause analysis, documentation and procedure. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Interacts with users to define System requirements and / or necessary modifications. Communication to management for recommendations and status updates. Participate in other Global VDI projects as assigned. Skills & Experience: 8-10 years in IT with the following areas of knowledge. Expert Knowledge in Citrix, VMware and Cloud VDI Solutions. Expert knowledge in Citrix Cloud, VMware Horizon Cloud, Microsoft AVD and DaaS solutions. Expert Knowledge in Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, PVS, Director, and StoreFront. Expert Knowledge in Citrix XenServer/Hypervisor, VMware ESXi and vCenter. Expert Knowledge in Citrix NetScaler/ADC and VMware Unified Access Gateway. Expert Knowledge in Citrix MCS, HDX/HDX3DX Pro and Citrix Receiver. Nvidia Graphics Solutions (vGPU, etc). Expert in VMware Horizon Connection Server, Dynamic Environment Manager, Workspace One. Expert in VMware Blast, Instant Clone, AppVolume, User AppVolume, Horizon Client. Experience in AWS and Azure Cloud Expert Knowledge in Windows OS (Win7/Win10/Win2012/Win2016/Win2019) Linux Experience Ubuntu, RedHat and CentOS. Hardware Experience HPE Blade, HPE Synergy, DELL and Cisco Servers. Experience in Application Virtualization and Containers. Expert Knowledge in User Profile Management Solutions. Active Directory and GPO management. Good domain knowledge in Networking, Storage and DC Infrastructure. End user experience focused and excellent communication and presentation skills. Very detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and transparency of data. Excellent troubleshooting skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
