Knowledge in documentation and process evaluation and improvement. Expectations are to support the consulting teams as a tier 3 support admin. Major responsibilities and duties: Unix/Linux SUSE, Redhat, and Solaris support. Develop daily support processes and functionality with T3 team members to support the T2 RUN/Build teams. Administration of the Unix platform and provide backup support to the Windows environments. UCS, VMWare knowledge is necessary to manage the infrastructure. Requirements: Unix Shell Scripting Cisco UCS technology OS: Redhat, SUSE, and Solaris VMWare B.S.
