Position : Cloud Solution Architect Duration 1 year Onsite in Houston Texas Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations 10 years experience in architecture and program management. 3 years experience architecting and leading Azure cloud migrations. Roles & Responsibilities The role will require the individual to be responsible for the development of the overall solution vision for the assigned projects. The architect will identify and translate system requirements into a prescribed architecture blueprinting process and build/maintain the necessary artifacts. The individual will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Technical Directors, Project Managers, and Project Team members to validate the proposed architecture solution in order to enable the team to provision estimates, develop construction plans and prepare implementation approaches. The person will need to work with various internal and external technical resources in order to drive consensus on an architecture design. Should have ability to provide expertise to customers on cloud security Should have experience with building distributed systems, designing cloud architecture for public and hybrid cloud models, designing large scale environments with Windows, Linux environments is required Should have experience designing service management, orchestration, monitoring and management requirements of cloud platform Architecture professional certification with Azure is desirable The architect will provide leadership to the development team to insure the realization of that solution. Architecture and design experience with Microsoft Azure Must have lead large MS Azure cloud migrations Hands on required .
