Good Verbal & written communication skills. More added advantage if : Having functional knowledge in the area of SAP ECC SD/MM/FI. Having functional or technical knowledge in the area of SAP CRM/ SAP BW and its communication with SAP ECC. Knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI developments Good knowledge of SAP Workflows.
