As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive our company's growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather comprehensive requirements that align with business objectives and user needs. Translate gathered requirements into epics, features, and user story acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. Analyze complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a shared understanding of project goals. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for successful project outcomes. Leverage Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Analysis, incorporating relevant insights into team processes. Qualifications: prefer candidates with retail clients and or/shipping industry Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Or the equivalent in work experience and education 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a deep understanding of the role's responsibilities. BPMN Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
