Role: Network Administrator Location: New York, New York Duration: 30 Months Description Managing and resolving issues related to the BERS infrastructure, including networking and servers. Duties Identify issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalation and collaborating with groups, like vendors and external teams; updating and patching backend systems including network equipment and physical/virtual servers; ad hoc tasks including software upgrades, hardware refresh; support BERS IT on various requests on escalation Mandatory Requirements Experience (7+ Years) Maintains the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers. Ensures that the uptime, performance, resources and security of the computers he or she manages meet the needs of the users.
